When Bright Minds Struggle, Parents Need Support
Gifted ADHD children are often deeply misunderstood. And their parents are often the least resourced. Many families come to us feeling isolated, trying to parent children who are bright, sensitive, and emotionally intense, but also struggling with focus, regulation, or motivation.
These children experience the world in extremes. They feel everything. And when their inner world becomes too much, their strengths can get buried under behaviors that look oppositional or confusing.
You’re doing your best to respond with insight and compassion, but sometimes, it’s hard to know what’s actually helping.
That’s where parent support becomes essential.
The Real Shift Starts With You, Parents.
Supporting your child begins with having the right support for yourself.
When a child’s nervous system is dysregulated, the environment around them matters more than ever.
We help parents build that environment with clarity, steadiness, and a deeper understanding of what their child needs.
Our parent support program offers two paths:
1:1 Support
Private sessions with Registered Counsellors
These sessions are designed for parents who want to understand their child more deeply and respond with greater confidence. Our counsellors are experienced in gifted and ADHD profiles and can support you with:
This is a space to think, reflect, and plan — without judgment.
Group Support
Facilitated sessions with other parents of gifted ADHD children (Seats are limited)
In group sessions, we bring together parents who are navigating similar experiences, often marked by intensity, uncertainty, and emotional exhaustion.
These sessions include:
It’s not about comparing struggles. It’s about learning from patterns and gaining tools that feel applicable and sustainable.

Supporting the Parent Supports the Child
Research and clinical experience both show this:
When parents feel more confident, children gain more stability. When parents understand their child’s brain and behavior more clearly, they’re able to respond with less reactivity and more calm.
We’re here to help you get there.
