Success Navigator | Clinic Support Team, Breakthrough ADHD Center

Working with children and families is where my heart is. As I work toward my BA in Psychology with a Minor in Interpersonal Development at the University of British Columbia, every part of what I'm learning deepens my appreciation for what families navigating ADHD and ASD are actually living.

I was trained directly by our founder, who has walked this journey personally, as a parent, and across generations of her own family. That understanding of the real frustration and uncertainty families carry is built into how I was taught to do this work. My role isn't just coordination. It's making sure families feel genuinely held throughout the process, not handed off and left to manage alone.

As Success Navigator, I'm part of the clinic's administrative team. When a family first reaches out, I listen, gather the full picture, and help map a path through our services that fits their situation. I handle booking and scheduling, answer non-clinical questions, and stay connected as families move into their first sessions , bridging between families and clinicians so nothing falls through and no one is left without support. I'm still learning, there is always more to learn in this work, but I'm here for families in every way I can be.

Riya is an administrative team member. She does not assess, diagnose, or provide clinical services.I speak English, Hindi, and Spanish.
