What is Mindset Coaching and How Mindset Coaching Supports Parents?

Your mindset is the sum of all the ideas, beliefs and attitudes you have about yourself, others and the world. When supporting and guiding your children with ADHD, parents sometimes find themselves challenged in their resilience, positive mindset and optimistic outlook.  Research shows that we can change and influence our mindset up until old age. Mindset coaching facilitates exactly this shift into seeing yourself, your children and the world in a way that is most favorable and supportive for the entire treatment process. Mindset coaching supports you in uncovering any limiting beliefs and helps you tackle and overcome these. Through mindset coaching, you can move through your days less stressed and less overwhelmed, being the best possible support for your children. On top of that, mindset coaching can help you grow personally.
