I'm Iryna Kobets, a Counsellor with over two decades of expertise in art therapy and education, passionately dedicated to helping teens and their families.

As the founder and CEO of ICEA Ukraine, I've provided steadfast support and guidance to countless students and youth, both in my local community and internationally. My primary goal is to help students develop strong academic and learning skills, effective time management, and to set and achieve their goals, profoundly impacting their lives.

In my extensive career, I've specialized in aiding individuals, particularly those with ADHD and autism, in overcoming challenges and unlocking their full potential. My work in career coaching and counseling has allowed me to assist over a thousand teenagers in choosing suitable educational programs and career paths.

This commitment led to the development and global recognition a significant achievement in my career.

I have a special focus on supporting youth with ADHD and ASD (autism). While emotional regulation is not a direct symptom of ADHD, I've observed that these individuals often face intense emotional responses. I've developed my skills in helping them cultivate emotional regulation abilities, offering tailored strategies for both home and school environments.

Staying at the forefront of my field is crucial to me. I'm not just a counsellor; I'm a charismatic communicator who excels in complex educational settings and is deeply committed to fostering open debate and critical thinking for aspirational teenagers.
